1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives in one of the following conditions:

• Unboxing Video: To help us verify and resolve your claim quickly, we require a clear unboxing video recorded as you open the package for the first time. Claims made without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is inspected and approved by our team:

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Bank, Card, or UPI). Please allow 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Note: Original shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable.

3. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

• Reverse Pickup: Neatly pack the returning products in the original package and label as you received.

4. Order Cancellations

• Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placement for a full refund to your original payment source.
• After Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Priority Shipping: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
  • Cost: ₹100 flat fee (Available for prepaid orders only).

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
• Non-Metro Locations: 5–7 business days.
• Remote Areas (North East, J&K, etc.): 7–12 business days.

Note: During festivals, sales, or high-volume periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an automated notification via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

4. Shipping & COD Fees

• Orders over ₹999: Free Standard Shipping.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat fee of ₹75 applies to all COD orders.

5. Delivery Responsibility & Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

• Reshipping Fees: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal of delivery, a ₹100 reshipping fee will apply to send the item again.
• Refunds: Refunds are not provided for orders returned due to incorrect customer information or refusal.
